The CEO Timothy Chi is another one who hides from the public never replies to any of his emails. They have no skills in going over and troubleshooting issues. There is no phone number or anyone in higher position to speak with. The Knot if you have issues they hide in their office and or work from home and if they do reply send you short emails without resolving any issues. You are the reason I picked this company and now they ruined my wedding video! I want this company taken off your sites so they can't scam more people, stop allowing them to do these fake reviews and scam people! Why won't you delete these reviews that are clearly fake? It took me 5 minutes to get these ones there's probably dozens more.

Vanilla Brides is not even listed as a legitimate business in Florida look on sunbiz, which your website states "vendors must have a valid business operations license" & they don't! The address listed on their invoice is also fraudulent because I contacted the business at that address! The knot is responsible for allowing all of these people to be scammed by this company when I have been trying to contact you for almost a year now about this! This company should not be on the knot they are not a legitimate business & the owner is a disgrace who creates fake profiles to harass clients who give honest reviews. There are dozens of bad reviews to confirm this but she disputes all of them and half get hidden, then for every fake review posted she does 10 new fake good ones. What kind of company does this? Not one that the knot should be advertising. How are fake good reviews or friends allowed to stay up but bad honest ones aren't?! Alice has now made multiple fake instagram accounts that I traced back to her email that harassed me and multiple other people who left bad reviews of them.

I have attached examples of these fake reviews on the knot different names but identical reviews? The knot does not verify that these reviews are legitimate but then when my mother (who paid for it) tried to make an honest review Vanilla Brides disputed it and the knot took it down. Almost all of their good reviews on all platforms including the knots are fake accounts that Alice created or paid. The owner Alice aka Olesya is scamming people and not providing the services that were agreed upon. I asked for a partial refund and they refused.

This company then did not do what we agreed upon and missed important moments of my wedding. I also emailed your customer service & Casey brushed off everything I emailed. I have been trying to contact the knot about vanilla brides that I hired because you recommended them on your website. When you're ordering your wedding invitations, maybe use Minted or a local print shop instead. How do you mess up 30 invites? So unhappy I need to re-order from a different company. I'd have to go and re-cut the invitations so that there's somewhat even on all sides. The second photo is the invitations they sent me. If you look at the photos, the first photo is what I was promised. If someone is paying a lot of money to have invitations, you would expect the border around the invitation to be even around all sides. I was blamed for the wrong date mishap via email, and no one has said anything about the border being uneven. You can't get a hold of the actual designers or people that can help in any way with the actual invitations. You just get some generic customer service. Getting ahold of them on the phone is impossible. They also got the date wrong on the other side of the invitation, and didn't send proofs to approve. The border around the invitations are completely uneven and not what I asked for. What a huge mistake! I end up paying nearly $185 for 30 invitations. I decided to give them some extra business and ordered my wedding invitations from them. First off I want to say that I am relatively happy with their wedding websites that they offer.
